Merci!Posted on TripadvisorVerified Poor communication and scheduling We booked this excursion via phone through Viator the day before and received a confirmation via email that we were booked for the following day at 10am. We took a ferry $30 per person to the destination. On arrival I called the tour operator and was informed they had cancelled the tour via a WhatsApp message the night before because they no longer had availability. This left us stuck with no tour for our day trip. Terrible service, especially considering their cancellation policy refuses to refund the customer less than 24 hours in advance...it doesn't seem to work both ways. Communication needed to be via phone call, text, or email. I did get a refund but it doesn't excuse the poor service, Communication, and planning from the tour operator.Posted on TripadvisorVerified St. Martin Tour The experience was phenomenal! Our tour was customized to emphasize what we wanted to see and do and Maria did a great job of showing off her island. She was very knowledgeable of both the French and Dutch sides of the island. We made a circuit around the entire island using some back roads and hidden places that I wouldn’t have found on my own.
