Bookings. We offer private island tours, private transportation and airport transfers, private boat charters and tailor-made private events in Sint Maarten / Saint Martin. A booking is confirmed once you receive our written confirmation and payment has been received. Prices are in US dollars.

Payment. Full payment is due at booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Online payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Cancellation by you. Free cancellation with a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the service. Less than 24 hours before, or in case of no-show, no refund is due. Rescheduling is free of charge up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Cancellation by us. For safety reasons — weather, sea conditions or authority decisions — we may cancel or postpone a service. In that case you may choose a new date or a full refund. At sea, the captain’s decision is final.

On the day. Please follow the instructions of our team and crew. We may refuse participation, without refund, to anyone whose behavior endangers the safety of the group. Children remain under the responsibility of the accompanying adults.

Liability. We operate with tour operator liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.

Applicable law. These conditions are governed by the laws of Sint Maarten.
